Every item we produce is made to order in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are final. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

We get it — sometimes the fit isn't right. While we don't offer returns, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are subject to inventory availability — limited items may not be restocked.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping on the original item.

To start an exchange, email us at contact@transportmedia.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. We'll review your request and send instructions within 2 business days.

If your exchange item is unavailable, we'll issue store credit equal to the original purchase price.
